2,5 hour sessions, varying in frequency according to needs (once or twice a month)

Description

The supervision sessions are addressed to individual professionals who are trained and attempt to apply the systemic-dialectic approach in their work with individuals, couples, families, groups, communities, in the field of psychotherapy or education.Supervision is offered individually or in a group setting. The latter enriches the understanding of team dynamics that develop in work settings and makes the best use of similarities and differences.Trainee supervisors are included in the process.

Aims

The Supervision-Interprofessional Consultation has as main goals:

  • Combined professional, scientific and personal development of participants as autonomous professionals and as members in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Increasing satisfaction and challenging creativity by making best use of resources and minimizing cost.
  • Deepening the understanding of issues involved in therapeutic work with human systems and in understanding personal and family dynamics in context.

To whom it is addressed

Senior and graduates of Systemic training or trained in other approaches that would like to get familiar with the systemic approach.

Educational Prerequisites

Degree in Human and Social Sciences.
