Marianthi Karatza is a Team & Leadership Facilitator, Partner at DOT Consulting and COO at Junior Achievement Greece. She holds a degree in Educational Technology & Digital Systems (University of Piraeus) and a master’s degree in Lifelong Learning (Open University, UK).
Marianthi has 20 years of experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of training programs and human resources development initiatives in organizations and companies of different economic sectors (banks, pharmaceuticals, insurance, shipping, technology, start-ups, NGOs, etc.). She has extensive HR consulting experience and has supported many leaders, teams and organizations in their development. She has taken part in programs with organizations such as the Hellenic Open University, the General Confederation of Employees of Greece, and the Federation of Enterprises of Greece, for the development and implementation of human resource training programs, training of trainers, development of teaching materials as well as innovative learning methods and experiences. At the same time, she is a part of the team of KEDIVIM EKPA (LearnInn), focusing on issues related to conflict management.
She has been trained at AKMA and has participated in various initiatives and teams since 2005. She is a certified Coach by Diamond Power Index (Power Intelligence Coach & 360 DPI) and Marshall & Goldsmith Stakeholders Centered Coaching & 360 GLA.
She has written articles in Greek and international scientific journals and chapters in collective publications on educational technology.
