Aim

The Systemic Leadership Group is a journey of exploration and development aimed at broadening our perspective on self-leadership and leadership within work teams and organizations, drawing on the systemic dialectical approach. This enables participants to discover and make greater use of their talents, skills, and potential, while also gaining a new understanding of how groups function, their dynamics, and workplace interactions.

Thematic Areas

Indicative thematic areas explored throughout this journey include:

  1. The development of self-leadership through the recognition and integration of our inner complexity
  2. Understanding group dynamics and the ways in which a leader can contribute to creating a climate of creativity and innovation
  3. The leader’s role in fostering the development of a high-performing team
  4. Utilizing conflicts as opportunities for the development of collaboration and effectiveness
  5. The different forms of power and their conscious use at personal, group, and organizational levels
  6. The importance of communication and feedback in collaboration
  7. The role of emotions in the workplace

Recommended For

The program is addressed to professionals and executives from businesses and organizations of all sizes. In this group, you will meet people from different professional sectors, at various stages of life, career paths, and levels of hierarchy. People experiencing new beginnings or endings, crossroads or dead ends, growth or crisis — yet always in motion and in search. Individuals who are initially strangers to one another gradually become members of a unified Group: companions, explorers, innovators, and sometimes lifelong friends.
