Clinical Psychologist and Systemic Family Therapist, Trainer and Supervisor. Certified Emotionally Focused Couple Therapist. 

She has worked within the Eating Disorders Service for Children and Adolescents and the Adolescent Resource Centre within Springfield Hospital, SW London and St. George’s Mental Health NHS Trust (1998-2004). She has acted as Team Leader for the Assessment and Support Team within the Greek Centre for Child and Family Mental Health (2004-2010).

Since 2010 she works within the Child Psychiatry Department of the Medical School of Athens. Specialist in Family Therapy, with a special interest in Eating Disorders. She runs the Workshop for Systemic Family Therapy for child psychiatry interns and trainee post graduate students.

PhD Candidate in the Medical School of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a special research and clinical interest in attachment in adolescence. Tutor within the Postgraduate Programme of Mental Health and Psychiatry for Children and Adolescents of the Medical School of Athens.

She has specialised in Family Therapy within AIA and since 2020 she is an affiliate member of AIA in Family Therapy Training. After completing her training as supervisor within AIA in 2022, she collaborates in Projects of AIA with KETHEA professionals on addiction and in the TOGETHER Project of AIA for family therapists.

Member of the Association for Greek Psychologists, the British Psychological Society, the European Family Therapy Association, the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP) and the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) through the EFT-Greek Network.
