Core Principles of the Training Program for Supervisors – Interprofessional Counselors
The core principles of the program are:
- Trainees must have completed their personal therapy and possess extensive experience as therapists.
- The training includes both group and individual supervision.
- It is experiential in nature, with active participation of trainees in appropriately designed exercises, as well as the expression of emotions and personal experiences, enhancing group dynamics.
- Multimedia training material is used, including supervision sessions conducted by the trainees themselves.
- Trainees participate in regular group supervision meetings.
- International literature on theoretical, ethical, and legal issues is analyzed, and appropriate materials are provided.
- Trainees develop a theoretical study related to the supervision process, which is presented at scientific forums.
