Cyber Talk by Dionysis Sakkas at Piraeus Bank for Mental Health in the Workplace
As part of the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (A.I.A.) initiatives to promote mental health, resilience, and collaboration within organizations and enterprises, Dr Dionysis Sakkas, Psychiatrist and Systemic Psychotherapist, will deliver a digital talk (Cyber Talk) for the employees of Piraeus Bank, titled:
“Our Polyphonic Inner Dialogue”
🗓 Tuesday, October 21 | 🕓 16:30–17:30
The event is organised within Piraeus Bank’s internal program “Well-being October,” which this year focuses on mental health and psychological well-being in the workplace.
During the talk, Dr Sakkas will explore the inner “voices” and roles that shape our daily experience — as professionals, parents, friends, or partners — and how these internal dynamics influence our thoughts, emotions, and interactions.
The discussion will provide practical insights and tools for self-awareness, communication, and teamwork, contributing to a healthier and more mindful work environment.
This initiative is part of AIA’s continuous collaboration with organisations and enterprises, aiming to enhance psychological awareness, cohesion, and creativity in teams, and to strengthen mental well-being at work.
