Semoira Zoula is a Psychologist, holding a BSc in Psychology and Management from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, and an MSc in Applied Psychology from Brunel University, London.

She has completed her training in Systemic-Dialectical Psychotherapy and Counselling, specialising in Group Therapy, at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AIA), and is a regular member of the Hellenic Society for Systemic Therapy (ELESYTH).

She has worked for over 10 years as a senior executive in Human Resources Management in major multinational and Greek companies in different sectors (Financial, Consulting, Retail, Media). She has extensive experience in the areas of Recruitment, Employee Development and Training.

Throughout her corporate career, she has participated in executive search and selection processes, in major designing Performance Appraisal
Systems projects, in corporate values revival and best practices initiatives, as well as in the creation and implementation of Adult Education Programs.

Since 2014, she has been working privately as a psychotherapist (individual, group, and couples therapy) and as a career counsellor. She is also a member of AIA’s network of associates, participating as a facilitator in experiential seminars and workshops for organizations and companies. More specifically, she designs and implements interventions aimed at strengthening professional roles, cultivating leadership skills, enhancing teamwork, managing conflicts, and supporting employees during periods of professional transition and adjustment.
