Eirini Todoulou is a graduate of the Department of Communication, Media and Culture at Panteion University of Athens and holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication from Emerson College in Boston, USA.
She has held key positions in the fields of political communication and foreign affairs, shipping, and public health. Throughout her career, her work has focused on highlighting and strengthening internal communication processes within organizations, aiming to help individuals and teams maximize both their personal potential and collaborative capacities, ultimately enhancing effectiveness at both individual and collective levels.
She is a member of the collaborative network of the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AKMA), where she was trained in Systemic-Dialectical Psychotherapy and Counseling (individual, couple, family, and group). At AKMA, she also participates in community-based initiatives, acting as a specialized trainer and group process facilitator.
Currently, she works as a therapist and coordinator of weekly Personal Development and Group Psychotherapy groups, and also as a trainer in AKMA’s annual and biannual educational seminars. In recent years, she has also designed and implemented training programs and multifocal interventions for organizations and businesses, focusing on team empowerment, and provides individual and group consulting for professional role development.
