Papaioannou Kyveli
Facilitator of Systemic Workshops
Kyveli Papaioannou combines systemic thinking with the art of cooking, co-creating Systemic Cooking workshops alongside Marianthi Karatza, where food becomes a symbolic medium for exploring human relationships and personal transformation.
Her connection with the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AIA) began in 2001 through her own journey of personal development, participating in group and couples therapy.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, an MBA in International Management from the University of Exeter, and a professional certification in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is also a graduate of Counseling Psychology (Mediterranean College), an NLP Master Practitioner, and trained in Ericksonian hypnosis techniques.
Kyveli’s professional background includes roles as a Brand Manager (D’Longhi, Unilever) and founder of Kyveli Patisseries, which introduced a distinctive line of cheesecakes to the Greek market. In recent years, she has focused on initiatives that blend culinary practice with psychological insight.
She has designed and led Cooking Therapy workshops for children and adolescents, and has collaborated with organizations such as Frosch Sportreisen, METAdrasi, and the Together for Children association.
She is also the author of four children’s books and a reflective essay with autobiographical elements, all inspired by the transformative power of self-awareness and personal growth.
