She began her journey at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (ΑΙΑ) in 2005 through her therapy.

Her love for psychology and psychotherapy led her in 2010 to her training in systemic dialectical epistemology and application. At the same time, she worked in the private sector as a personnel and training manager applying her knowledge of systemic epistemology to the training of work groups.

She graduated from the Department of Psychology of the Open University of England BSc (Hons). At the same time, in 2021 she completed training in group process at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos. Since 2020, she has been an associate of the Athenian Institute of Anthropos, carrying out individual and group therapies and other educational and therapeutic programs.
Since 2020, she has been working privately as a psychotherapist with individuals and groups.
