PhD Social-Organizational Psychologist

Anna Anastasopoulou holds a PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology.

Her doctoral research focused on how creative ideas emerge, are diffused, and utilized across different organizational contexts. She has specialized in the Systemic-Dialectical-Multilevel-Multifocal Approach at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AKMA), where she also collaborates as a trainer.

Her scientific and professional interests center on the study of organizational and socio-psychological behaviors and phenomena, with a particular emphasis on applying systemic approaches to empower individuals, groups, and organizations. She has published articles in international scientific journals, contributed to edited volumes, and authored educational materials, research reports, and conference papers (see Google Scholar).

Since 2011, she has been teaching university courses on organizational behavior, adult education, entrepreneurship, research methodology, management, and human resource development (Hellenic Open University, Open University of Cyprus, Agricultural University of Athens, and Ionian University). She has also extensive research experience through participation in national and international projects in collaboration with institutions such as the Foundation for Research and Technology, the National Centre for Social Research, and Panteion University.

In recent years, she is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Laboratory of Organizational Innovation and Management Systems (Agricultural University of Athens), where she designs and implements research initiatives for the study of social phenomena and living systems, as well as psychosocial interventions aimed at empowering local communities and social groups. She integrates her academic work with psychoeducational activities and actions aimed at professional and personal development.
