The Systemic Leadership Group is a journey of exploration and development aimed at broadening our perspective on self-leadership and leadership within work teams and organizations, drawing on the systemic dialectical approach. This enables participants to discover and make greater use of their talents, skills, and potential, while also gaining a new understanding of how groups function, their dynamics, and workplace interactions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
