Interprofessional Consaltation offers supervision to Prevention Centers and Mental Health Centers, as well as to the activities and programs of Mental Health Centers operating throughout Greece. It requires the participation of the entire organization, focusing on Building Team Cooperation and strengthening group mentality and skills among the members of the participating body, as well as between different participating organizations.<\/p>

It explores collaboration issues within specific communities, as they arise during the implementation of institutional programs, and within the broader context of ongoing, rapid socio-cultural and institutional changes in Greek society.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The program is based on group sessions where the Centers collaborate as an \u201cinstitutional team,\u201d with Group Process<\/strong> developing among them as a foundation for gaining new perspectives on relevant issues. Additionally, individual sessions of 1.5 hours are provided to the Centers, as needed.<\/p>

The Interprofessional Counseling seminar<\/strong> offers the opportunity for:<\/p>

  • Exchange of concerns among participants regarding the daily operation of the Centers, within a framework that encourages group feedback<\/p><\/li>

  • Peer-to-peer exchange of experiences between professionals from different organizations, maximizing mutual learning and supporting co-evolution<\/p><\/li>

  • Exploration of emerging similarities and differences, and understanding the significance of Context<\/strong>, which varies based on group composition, central philosophy, organizational history, and the specific community served by each Center, taking into account the broader culture<\/p><\/li>

  • Targeted understanding and application of the co-evolutionary process<\/strong> in relation to the Center and the community it serves<\/p><\/li>

  • Investigation of issues related to social, cultural, and institutional change and complexity, as reflected in the cases presented during the sessions<\/p><\/li>

  • Understanding the developmental dynamics<\/strong> and its various phases, while offering growth opportunities to staff members, depending on their roles, the teams they belong to, and their organizations<\/p><\/li>

  • Familiarization with the principles of AKMA\u2019s Systemic Dialectical Multilevel and Multifocal Approach<\/strong>, as it relates to organizational development and community work<\/p><\/li>

  • Collective creation of a positive socio-emotional climate<\/strong> in group counseling sessions, which supports and encourages teams working with struggling communities, and trains them to apply similar models in their own settings<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
