Christina Karavia is a psychologist and systemic psychotherapist. She completed undergraduate studies in Psychology at the American College of Greece (Deree) and at Cardiff Metropolitan University, and holds a master’s degree in Consumer Psychology from University College Kensington in London. Additionally, she has been trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).<\/p>\n

She has completed extensive and multi-year training in the Systemic-Dialectical-Multilevel-Multifocal Approach at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AIA), with particular emphasis on group, family, and adult therapy, as well as systemic understanding of relationships and processes.<\/p>\n

In her professional practice, she works with young people, adults, families, and groups in private and public mental health settings. She has coordinated therapeutic groups for adults in collaboration with mental health professionals and public organizations, and actively participates in community and educational initiatives with a systemic and experiential orientation.<\/p>\n

Volunteer work holds a special place in her practice, as she has worked as a volunteer in mental health and social support structures (notably at EPAPSY and in municipal and non-profit organizations), providing therapeutic and counseling support to individuals and families. Her volunteer involvement is directly connected to her systemic approach, social responsibility, and strengthening mental resilience at the community level.<\/p>\n

She is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Systemic Family Therapy (EL.E.SY.TH.) and participates in activities, training programs, and research initiatives in the field of systemic psychotherapy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
